Clifton on Teme farmer Phil Richards was violently attacked by four masked men on 6th February when he attempted to stop them stealing diesel from Highfields Farm in Hope Lane late at night. The four men, believed to be foreign, attacked Phil with bolt cutters when he blocked their escape with his Land Rover.
